What is  “EMS” Fitness?

“EMS” refers to Whole-Body Electromuscular Stimulation (WB-EMS) training. It consists of a licensed personal fitness trainer guiding a focused workout routine while wearing a EMS fitness suit. Our FDA-cleared systems activate up to 10 muscle groups simultaneously, optimizing muscle contractions through precise nervous system signaling. With customized 12-20 minute weekly sessions, our certified coaches help diverse clients—from athletes to fitness beginners—achieve their wellness goals efficiently.
